Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you total command over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one email account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your e-mail accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails according to specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you wish to forward emails from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
